Sponsorships & Contributions

The Empire Wallers accept sponsorships and supporter contributions to fund team operations, equipment, travel, court time, and community programs. Important points to understand before contributing:

• The Empire Wallers are an amateur handball club. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, contributions are not tax-deductible charitable donations.
• Contributions are generally non-refundable once processed, except where required by law or where a sponsorship deliverable has not been provided.
• Sponsorship benefits (logo placement, jersey patches, courtside signage, etc.) are subject to a separate written agreement between the sponsor and the club.
• Payments are handled by third-party processors. Their terms also apply to your transaction.

Intellectual Property

The Empire Wallers name, logo, photography, written content, and team branding are owned by the club or its licensors. Player photos and roster data may be sourced from the MegaWall league platform and remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reuse these assets without permission.

Third-Party Links & Services

The site may link to or embed content from third parties (including MegaWall, social platforms, and payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

Disclaimer

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Match results, schedules, and standings are provided for informational purposes and may change.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Empire Wallers, its players, staff, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any contribution. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed the amount you contributed in the twelve months preceding the claim, or US $100, whichever is greater.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
